Renee was a founding member of Sacramento’s Metro Edge and was a member of Leadership Sacramento (2013), programs that focus on leadership and community involvement. She is also a member of the San Francisco Bay Area chapters of NAIOP and CREW.
Renee has extensive experience in complex real estate matters, including all aspects of leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and development. Her clients include national and regional developers, receivers, and property managers.
Renee has special expertise in reviewing and drafting real estate transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements; industrial, retail and office leases and occupancy agreements; ground leases; build-to-suit leases; 1031 exchange documents; loan documents; development agreements; option contracts; easements; CC&R’s; estoppels, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements; confidentiality agreements; listing agreements; and operating agreements.
Renee has extensive experience in reviewing title matters and resolving title and survey issues.
